PAOLO’S IS THE SISTER RESTAURANT TO DUTCHMAN’S, JUST DOWN THE HALL—BUILT FROM THE SAME SPIRIT OF HOSPITALITY, BUT WITH A MOOD ALL ITS OWN.

Designed to feel both intimate and lively, Paolo’s offers a mix of dining room, bar, and lounge seating for around 70 guests. Whether you’re settling in for a full meal, stopping by for a drink, or lingering a little longer than planned, the space is meant to bring people together—to slow down, reconnect, and share something meaningful over the table.

Our menu draws inspiration from the Italian-American roots we know and love—especially those nostalgic flavors of New Jersey—paired with a wood-fired approach that goes beyond just pizza. Expect timeless, approachable classics, made with care and meant to be enjoyed together.

This project took a little longer than expected—but like anything worth doing right, it was built with intention. And now, we’re so excited to finally open our doors. Paolo’s is now open, and we can’t wait to welcome you into the space.
